All digital services, e-books, workbooks, courses and recordings, being non-tangible, irrevocable goods, cannot be refunded or exchanged once accessed, downloaded, unzipped, or viewed. The customer is responsible for ensuring that they are purchasing the intended product on our website.  Additionally, access of media notwithstanding, no product or service shall be re-issued or refunded more than five business days from the initial purchase date.
